Block Island
Crescent Beach (swimming, beach sports, beach combing, fishing, biking). Southeast Lighthouse and North Lighthouse (renovated buildings, exhibits, picnicking). Located near Water St. To reach Block Island, take a ferry from Pt. Judith, RI. Ferries leave daily. The Block Island Ferry trip lasts one hour: 401-783-4613. Colt State Park

Ninigret National Wildlife Refuge
(bird watching, fishing, tours, wildlife viewing). Western entrance on Hwy. 1. Eastern entrance: Follow Rte. 1 to Old Post Rd. and turn right at the Town Park entrance. 401-364 9124.

Pulaski Memorial State Park

Goddard Memorial State Park

Lincoln Woods State Park

Sachuest Beach
