Seafood Platter with Florida Mustard Sauce

Simple enough for any night if the week - elegant enough for special occasions. Tangy mustard sauce that is prefect with chilled or hot seafood. It is a nice accompaniment to or replacement for traditional cocktail sauce.
Ingredients
Seafood Platter - choose a selection of the following seafood. Make your choices on family preferences and availability of the freshest seafood. This can be served hot or cold (or serve a combination). If I'm serving this hot I like to grill my seafood over a wood fire. If you are serving cold, serve over a bed of ice.
Seafood Options
crab legs
lobster chunks
grilled shrimp
grilled day boat scallops
grilled fresh fish
hot crab cakes
Mustard Sauce
1/4 C country Dijon mustard
1/3 C non-fat sour cream
2 T Worcestershire sauce
2 t lemon juice
1 t garlic salt
dash of black pepper
a couple of dashes Tabasco to taste
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Chill.
